We absolutely loved this hotel!!! The staff were very kind and helpful — a big thank you to the girls at the front desk who help you with whatever you need. The room cleaning is outstanding: everything is very clean and has a wonderful smell. The location is great, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay in that area.
Good hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is good for universal studios Hollywood, and other nearby attractions. Great view of the Hollywood sign on the sidewalk beside the hotel. The room we stayed in could use a little updating, but overall I would stay there again.
A very nice hotel. We stayed here for a couple weeks years ago when we moved to LA and were trying to find a place for rent. The service was excellent and the rooms were impeccably clean
Man at the front is a very respectful and accommodated me in short notice. Rooms were not the best but they were not bad at all. Clean all around. Will definitely stay here again.
Very helpful staff…. The location was walking distance to my daughter’s tiny apartment and the access to the parking lot was super easy. The decor was fun with a sunset mural of LA….a nice sized dresser….i shall return
Staying here was such a pleasant experience! Upon arrival the staff was helpful and friendly. The establishment was nicely decorated and very clean. My room was fully stocked with the essentials, comfortable, quiet and clean. Totally a great stay!
Pretty basic hotel. Not that it's a bad thing, just being honest. The room was small, beds were a little uncomfortable but ok for a few nights since it seemed to be clean. The location is perfect if you're doing things in hollywood. Its walking distance from the walk of fame and a 6 minute drive to universal studios. The area seemed quiet and safe for a family. They charge 10 bucks a night for parking, I didn't really care for that very much since they didn't tell me until I got there. Gripes aside, we had a good time.
We loved this hotel! 10 out of 10. There are so many thought out details. Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. It was clean, comfortable and you can't beat the price and location! It was quiet and had plenty of safe parking. We will be staying here on every trip to LA.
